"Impressions of Service" Podcast | Episode 3: Never Give the Guest a Job

For our third episode, I take time to share ways that we give the guest jobs that we should NEVER expect of them. Within the hotel/resort industry, we should require our guest to make a reservation, arrive the property, enjoy the stay, and pay; which means that every single other experience the guest expects, should be handled by Staff.


We take time to work through several examples from front office, to food & beverge, to housekeeping, providing some insight to how we sometimes give our guest a job without realizing it. This weeks episode will hopefully get you thinking about how you can ensure that your guest, never has more work to do, other than enjoying their time with your property and team members.
